Bicentennial Celebration Schedule Sent by Town of Milton Good morning, everyone! This is just a reminder that our Bicentennial Celebration is kicking off on Friday with Fireworks in the baseball field. Parking will be in the back off of North St. Saturday- 8:30am- Prayer service at the Gazebo with Scott Moistener 9:00am Parade (line up starts at 8:15am) Line up instruction will be given by Jeanette Hensley. If you are interested in participating, please contact the Clerk’s Office. 9am-3p History slides at the Milton Christian Church 10am- Flag raising at the Gazebo with Nick Elder 10:15am Guest Speakers. Town of Milton – Alert Sent by Town of Milton Fireworks laws in Indiana12: State law regulates fireworks use throughout the year. *In general, it is legal to set off fireworks from 9 a.m. through 11 p.m. *On state holidays, people can set off fireworks from 9 a.m. until midnight. *Anyone under the age of 18 using fireworks when an adult is not present is subject to a Class C misdemeanor and may result in a maximum fine of $500 per citation. *Illegal use of fireworks at an unapproved location is subject to a maximum fine of $500 per citation.
