Richmond Police Department

The caller of this scam claimed to be a Sergeant of the Richmond Police Department. Media release attached.

Damien Rowe was located at his residence and arrested on a warrant that was issued today for his arrest for Murder and Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon L4.

An arrest warrant was issued and Ryan Hahn was arrested on the listed charges.

This morning Richmond patrol officers and S.W.A.T. responded to a barricaded subject and safely took Ryan Hahn into custody.  He was later admitted to Reid Health.

Tayshawn Newman was located and arrested in Sparks, Nevada in connection with the investigation involving Chad Mullins on April 17, 2021.  

One person was killed in a shooting overnight.  No arrests have been made.  The investigation is ongoing.

A shooting was reported Sunday evening in Richmond.  Two subjects were shot with non-life threatening injuries and transported to Reid Health.  No suspect(s) have been located.
