Bicentennial Celebration Schedule Sent by Town of Milton Good morning, everyone! This is just a reminder that our Bicentennial Celebration is kicking off on Friday with Fireworks in the baseball field. Parking will be in the back off of North St. Saturday- 8:30am- Prayer service at the Gazebo with Scott Moistener 9:00am Parade (line up starts at 8:15am) Line up instruction will be given by Jeanette Hensley. If you are interested in participating, please contact the Clerk’s Office. 9am-3p History slides at the Milton Christian Church 10am- Flag raising at the Gazebo with Nick Elder 10:15am Guest Speakers. Allen Paul, Mary Ferris, Cathy Vandivier and Judy Morris 12p-2p at the Gazebo Scott Ross will be performing. 2p-3p Magician Rusty Ammerman at the Fire House 3p-6p The Gil Puckett Band at the School Lot 11a-3p Town hall will be open to view the photos of Milton graduates. * We will have food and beverages available at the Old School Lot and at the Milton Hope everyone enjoys the festivities!!
Town of Milton – Alert Sent by Town of Milton Fireworks laws in Indiana12: State law regulates fireworks use throughout the year. *In general, it is legal to set off fireworks from 9 a.m. through 11 p.m. *On state holidays, people can set off fireworks from 9 a.m. until midnight. *Anyone under the age of 18 using fireworks when an adult is not present is subject to a Class C misdemeanor and may result in a maximum fine of $500 per citation. *Illegal use of fireworks at an unapproved location is subject to a maximum fine of $500 per citation. June 29-July 3: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset July 4: from 10 a.m. to midnight July 5-9: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset
