Mindfulness is an ancient practice that has been shown to benefit health, wellness, and relationships. History, research, and experience teach us that mindfulness can help all of us live more present lives. This workshop will introduce the basics of mindfulness, provide opportunities to experience mindfulness practices, and help participants consider how to apply mindfulness to everyday living. Come learn how mindfulness can help you function more effectively in both your professional and personal life.
