Every Day Counts is the Chamber’s countywide attendance program that promotes the importance of showing up and staying engaged in school. Each year, the program culminates with the Senior Celebration, where graduating seniors from all six Wayne County school districts gather for a chance to win prizes, scholarships, and the biggest prize of all…a car!

Meet Karigo

2026 Summer Intern

Karigo joined the Chamber as the Marketing and Communications Intern. From Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and attended UWC East Africa, he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics at Earlham College.

Karigo has been a part of many different teams at Earlham, helping in Marketing and Campus Outreach. Karigo enjoys traveling, biking and spending time with friends cooking.
