May 1st – 3rd: UKC Midwest Classic
Location: First Bank Expo Hall & Exhibit Building

Join the UKC for their annual Midwest Classic Dog Show. Spectators are welcome Friday – Sunday, 9AM – 2PM. Come shop their vendors and enjoy the show!

May 1st, 2nd & 5th: Early Voting & Primary Election Day
Location: First Bank Kuhlman Center

The First Bank Kuhlman Center will be open Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd for Early Voting and on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, May 5th.

May 8th – 10th: Wayne County Horse & Pony Open Show
Location: Wayne County Fairgrounds – Horse Arena

Mark your calendars! Wayne County Horse and Pony Open Show May 8th, 9th, & 10th. Our judges for the weekend will be Joy Andrews and Christie Moore. We will see you there!

May 16th: Seara’s Legacy K9 Trials & 140 Challenge
Location: Wayne County Fairgrounds

Join us Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Wayne County Fairgrounds as we honor the life and sacrifice of K-9 Officer Seara Burton.

The 140 Challenge is open to EVERYONE.

Seara’s Legacy K-9 Trials are open to registered law enforcement K-9 teams only.

The K-9 Trials are FREE for the public to attend and watch!
