A band of snow showers will drop into the region from northern
Indiana, and push through the region through the afternoon. Some
snow showers could produce a quick light coating of snow on
elevated surfaces and bridges. Visibility may also be briefly
reduced to a half mile or even less. Northwest winds will also
gust up to 30 MPH.
Lighter snowfall will continue into the evening behind the initial band
of snow showers, with accumulations from a few tenths to isolated
accumulations of up to an inch.
Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly
changing conditions.
