BUILDING TRUST
Great teams are built on a foundation of trust. This session explores why trust is essential for high-performing teams and how embracing vulnerability—acknowledging weaknesses, mistakes, and fears—creates stronger connections. Participants will learn how to cultivate an environment where openness and honesty replace filters and hesitation.
Learning Objectives:
• Define Vulnerability-Based Trust and its role in teamwork.
• Understand how the Fundamental Attribution Error can undermine trust and collaboration.
• Learn about the two types of trust and how to create both in your teams!
