HELP the Animals Vaccination Clinic
Location: Exhibit Building

It’s time for our spring Vaccination Clinic. We’ll be offering essential vaccinations for dogs and cats all for $12 each. We’ll also have microchipping for just $20, as well as flea medication available for sale. Cash, card, and check accepted.

Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce Senior Celebration
Location: First Bank Expo Hall

Wayne County Seniors who met the attendance criteria are invited to take part in Senior Celebration!  Prizes, food, games……one lucky winner will walk away with a car or scholarship!

LifeStream Healthy Aging Expo
Location: First Bank Kuhlman Center

The annual Healthy Aging Expo is a free event for the community to learn more about programs, services, and activities available to older adults in the Wayne County area and beyond. Attendees will receive a resource bag, a chance to win a $250 Visa gift card, and a complimentary lunch (for the first 200 attendees!).

This event is in partnership with The Leland Legacy and Brewer Broadcasting.

Thursday, May 8th, 10:00am to 1:00pm

Vendors will be set up inside First Bank Kuhlman Center passing out information and resources!

Seara’s Legacy K9 Trials
Location: All Grounds

We’re thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Seara Burton K9 Legacy Trials! Last year, we welcomed incredible K9 teams from Indiana and Ohio–and we want to grow even bigger this year! Let’s add more states to the lineup and make this the best year yet!

Team Registration: $35

All proceeds go to the Officer Seara Burton Foundation to support K9 teams nationwide with the purchase of K9s and K9 equipment.

Come out and watch some of the best K9 teams in action! We’ll have food and vendors on-site throughout the day. Donations will be accepted from spectators, but they’re entirely optional.

Don’t miss the chance to see some incredible K9 skills while supporting a great cause! Let’s honor Officer Seara Burton’s legacy by making this event bigger and better than ever.

Let’s pack the stands and make this an unforgettable day!

Location: First Bank Expo Hall

We’re blessed to announce that we will be hosting our first Indoor Indiana Showcase at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Richmond Indiana May 17th, 2025! This is an Event we are extremely excited about and look forward to showcasing the culture and community of Indiana! There will be music, food, vehicles, awards, competitions, live judging, models, vendors and more! Make sure to save the date and come join us for this awesome experience. $25 General Admission.

Consignment Auction hosted by Wildfire Auctions
Location: Exhibit Building

If you have any of the following items that you would like to sell in our Consignment Auction, please contact Jeremy @ 765-993-4158 or call the office @ 765-966-1111.  The Consignment Auction will be on Sat. May 17th, 2025 starting at 9am at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, 861 Salisbury Rd. No., Richmond, IN 47374.

We will accept the following items:   Vehicles and machinery that spans automotive, construction, and farm tools, ATVs, campers, boats, lawnmowers, golf carts, Bobcats, backhoes, trailers, motorcycles, tools, RVs, Side-by-Sides, etc.  If you are not sure if we will accept the consigned item, just call us!  No household items will be accepted or sold.

The consigned items will be accepted at 4741 National Rd. W., Richmond, IN 47374 thru May 13th.  Then items will be accepted at the Wayne County Fairgrounds starting Wed. May 14th thru Fri. May 15th.  It is important for you to come into the office to sign the contract and provide all your contact information and description of items you are consigning.

Retro Revival Craft Show hosted by Wayne County Extension Homemakers
Location: First Bank Kuhlman Center

This craft show will be hosted by the Wayne County Extension Homemakers at the First Bank Kuhlman Center @ the Wayne County Fairgrounds. All vendors will offer handmade goods for your selection.

Admission with be $2, ages 5 and under are free.
