Get into the holiday spirit at the library’s Christmas Craftapalooza on Monday, December 9, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM! Join Santa and Mrs. Claus for a festive evening filled with holiday cheer. Enjoy a delightful story, create a variety of fun crafts, and decorate your own cookies to take home (or enjoy on the spot!). It’s a perfect event for families to celebrate the season together. Don’t forget your camera to capture a magical moment with Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Celebrate the season with the enchanting sounds of the Solid Brass Quintet as they return to the library for their popular holiday program. The performance will take place on Wednesday, December 18, at 6:00 PM. Enjoy an evening of beautifully arranged holiday classics performed by talented musicians in a warm and festive atmosphere. This is a community favorite, so mark your calendar and bring the whole family for an unforgettable musical experience!

In December, both the Evening and Senior Center Book Clubs will enjoy The Christmas Box Miracle by Richard Paul Evans, a heartwarming true story about the power of love, hope, and generosity. The book recounts the incredible journey of how Evans’ simple Christmas story, The Christmas Box, transformed lives and became an unexpected bestseller, bringing healing and inspiration to millions around the world. This touching memoir is the perfect read to embrace the holiday spirit.

The Evening Book Club will meet on Tuesday, December 17, at 6:30 PM at the library, and the Senior Center Book Club will gather on Wednesday, December 18, at 1:00 PM at the Golay Center. Join us for a thoughtful discussion of this uplifting holiday story!

All are welcome, whether you’re a returning member or a first-time visitor!

Every Wednesday at 11:00 am, Mother Goose on the Loose brings joy to toddlers and caregivers with stories, rhymes, songs, and fun. It’s a great way to engage your little ones in early literacy and socialization.

Gamers’ Guild will meet on Mondays, December 2, 9, and 16 at 4:00 pm for more Dungeons and Dragons adventures. Designed for ages 9-17.

The library will be closed December 24 and 25 for Christmas and December 31 and January 1 for New Year’s. We wish you safe and happy holidays!
