Family Maple Syrup Day is an annual event set during maple syrup tapping season here at Cope Environmental Center. On Saturday, March 9, we will be hosting a sugar bush hike detailing the history of maple syrup making! Come experience the art of making maple syrup as we relive how pioneers and Native Americans harvested this sweet sticky treat from trees years ago. Then, join us for a pancake breakfast using our homemade maple syrup!
