Cross your fingers with us as we strive to keep our beloved book clubs up and running smoothly! Despite some sporadic deliveries, we’re optimistic about the literary adventures that lie ahead.

Join us on Tuesday, January 23, at 6:30 pm as the Evening Book Club delves into the captivating world of “The Librarian of Burned Books” by Brianna Labuskes. Prepare for an engaging discussion and an exploration of this thought-provoking tale. Don’t miss the chance to share your insights and connect with fellow book lovers.

 

The Senior Center Book Club will be gathering at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 24, at the Golay Senior Center to discuss “Lessons in Chemistry” by Bonnie Garmus. Join us for an afternoon filled with camaraderie and the joy of dissecting the pages of this intriguing book.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate the occasional hiccups in our book deliveries. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure that our book clubs continue to be a source of literary delight for you.

After a delightful 2-week holiday break, we’re thrilled to announce that Mother Goose on the Loose resumes on Wednesdays, starting January 10, at 11 am. Join us for winter-themed fun and interactive sessions that captivate the hearts of our little ones!

 

Mark your calendars for Mondays, January 8 and 22, at 5:30 pm as our Magic, the Gathering group convenes for strategic battles and spellbinding gameplay. Whether you’re a seasoned planeswalker or new to the game, these evenings promise exciting duels and camaraderie among fellow fans.

The Gamers’ Guild D&D group is set to meet January 15th and 29th at 3:30 pm. Get ready for an immersive experience with a diverse array of games and the chance to connect with fellow gamers in our vibrant community.
