MRL’s Summer Reading Program is in Full Swing!
Fun summer adventures await you at Morrisson-Reeves Library! Join the Summer Reading and Adventure Program, where you can earn prizes just for reading books. And MRL has free programs for all ages, including arts and crafts, story times, author visits, live music, even ballroom dance lessons and Silly Safaris closes out the summer program with a live animal show on July 29th.
Tracking you and your family’s reading progress is easy and quick with the online tracking system. If you wish to track your reading in-person at the library, ask library staff to track things when you visit the library.
Are you looking for family fun throughout the summer? Various programs are offered for all ages, from pre-schoolers to teens to adults. A sampling of the programs provided are crafting for teens, storytimes, art programs, live music, author visits, reading clubs, and ballroom dance lessons. If you want to attend programs in-person at the library, registration is required for some of our events. Links to registration and full program details can be found at MRLinfo.org/events.
